Popular bridal Headpieces

If there is a single thing that brides obsess about, it is their wedding ensemble which is never complete without a headpiece.  Just as there is a constant battle when it comes to choosing the best wedding gown, there is also a very similar dilemma that goes on when  picking out head wear.

Knowing the popular headpieces would give you a rough idea as to what might possibly be the best thing to go with your gown.

Veils- These are classic head wear and they never really go out of style.  Through the years, there has been so many emanations of the wedding veil and each style represents a certain type of bride.  If you want to have a classic wedding, a veil would definitely be in order.

Tiaras- This is another great choice especially for women who would not want to cover their faces.  A tiara would give the bride’s beautiful face the exposure that it deserves.  Some brides choose very fancy and elegant tiaras that are adorned with real gems such as rhinestones or even diamonds.  On the other hand, you can always go for a much simpler option which would not pinch your budget too much.

Veil-Tiara Combination- This option has become quite popular because it has the classic touch that traditional brides want and the unmistakable elegance brought by the tiara.  It might be a little expensive but the effect is priceless.

Choosing the Best Bridal Headpiece

There are certain considerations to make when choosing which headpiece to wear at your wedding day.  It is not just another accessory that you are shopping for, it is part of the entire bridal ensemble which would be photographed and immortalized forever so it has to be nothing less than perfect.

If you have well formed cheekbones, you should definitely consider ditching the veil and go straight to tiara hunting.  Your face has to be seen on your wedding day and even more so if you have the perfect bone structure for it.

On the other hand, if you want to be a very conservative bride and follow tradition to a T, veils would definitely suit you more.

Also take into account practicability because wearing a tiara instead of a veil would certainly cost more.  It all depends on what type of look you are going for and what kind of bride you want to be for the big day.
