Bridal and Wedding Beauty Regimen
Brides to be are always worried about 2 things before their wedding: One is whether they have invited everyone important and two, how they will look on the big day. The latter is a very valid concern among everything else because every bride’s wedding day is the most important day in their lives.
Now, the worse thing that you could possibly do is panic. When you worry too much, you are likely to get more fine lines before the big day, which is something that you really want to avoid.
The key is to know what bridal wedding beauty regimen you need to stick to for at least a month before the date. This would make this easier for you and even allow you to relax as much as you can considering all the inherent hassles of the occasion.
BRIDAL WEDDING BEAUTY REGIMEN 101
Nightly Cleansing. With all the things going on and the preparations that you have to make for the wedding, it is highly likely that you would go home tired every night and crash on the bed instantly. This is one of the major mistakes that you can commit. No matter how tired you are, make sure that you clean up thoroughly especially on your face. If you are too tired to wash up, you can use no-wash cleansing solutions that will unclog your pores and refresh your skin
Toning. Brides also have to contend with large pores, which also happens to be one of the top problems for women in general. For one full month before your wedding, you should consistently apply toner each night before going to bed in order to correct the pores.
Clarifying. The skin accumulates dirt all the time especially when you spend most of your time exposed to the elements. In order to combat the effects of pore clogging dirt and excessive exposure to the sun, you have to use clarifying creams or lotion. Mild solutions are always best to use because they are safe for all types.
Lightening Solutions. Whether you are having an indoor or outdoor wedding, you would certainly want to look positively radiant on the big day. Effective lightening would give you that glow of someone who consistently goes to the gym without actually going.
Rest, rest, rest. It can be extremely daunting to prepare for a wedding, no matter how low key it might be. However, you should always keep in mind that you would be looking back on that day and it would be nice if you do not look like something that got caught in a drain. 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night would be best.
